jdm gvr4 engine swap or rebuild?

need help deciding whether i should go with a motor swap or a rebuild. I did a compression test on my 1g and my rings are bad and a possiblity my head gasket and head are gonna go. should i just do the swap and part out my old engine or just rebuild what i got?

i personally went the galant motor route, if you do just make sure to get the tranny with it, u wont be dissappointed.
