GST Turbo

Okay 99 GST and I would like to upgrade the turbo system. Daily I dont need a lot of HP but at the track or Friday night, I'd like to get upwards of 400HP. That away I have something to play with. Which turbo would be best? What else do I need? I'm sorry but I'm not real good with this and would like to know what other good parts to get. Should I go with a package deal? Thanks. Please, any recommendations are helpful.

to yield 400 HP in a 2nd gen you will need a 20g(or equivalent sized) turbo, 650-660cc injectors, 255lph fuel pump, cams 3" exhaust (complete) and around 20 psi of boost and some type of fuel management

That is for 400 wheel HP and at that point you are flirting with a breaking a rod. If you are planning on going that far you may as well keep the engine open while putting the cams in and throw in some rods, pistons, ARP head studs, Port and polish the head and a new metal headgasket.

Build bottom ebd to get 400 in 2g( oh yea, get a 6bolt block and crank)!
