Intercooler w/ Big 16G Ported Clipped Turbo?

I would love to get a front mount intercooler for my 95 GST, but would i really need one or see any performance gains with the current turbo that i have. Im pushing 16 psi with the Big 16G Turbo with exhaust. So what kind of gains would I see. 40HP?

with the big 16, you're probably overwhelming the stock sidemount w/ hot air anyway with the 550cfm that the big16 flows rather than the 350 the t-25 flows. I would DEFINATELY get a fmic for your new turbo. I have a Spearco 2-178 core on my car set up like the greddy kit but with the UIC pipe going over the top of the IC rather than in front. After a run, i feel the inlet endtank and outlet and the difference is AMAZING. Hot on inlet and balls cold on the outlet. There's no way in hell a small SMIC like the 2g's have can cool that well expecially drawing the little amount of air they do from the side duct.
