Ok I finally got the thing running semi-right with the translator, but I am not building any boost.I thought maybe I had a leak but alas I cannot find one. Then I thought that my wastgate was stuck open, nope works fine when I move it.Do I have a problem with my boost controler or could it be something else?Any help would be appreciated. Thanks in advance.

Check you BOV too, that could be stuck open...just happened to me a week ago and the car would not build any boost at all.

I don't think it is the exhaust housing but I'll look into it.As fot the BOV that sounds like it could be it.But its brand new I don't think it is stuck but I'll check. If it is stuck open how should I go about closing it?

Was it very hard to move? I can barely move mine with my bare hands.

What are your translater settings like? When I first got my car running with 660cc injectors I had the high throttle table on the AFC zero'ed out, and the car would not build ANY boost at all with it running that rich. After I leaned it out a proper amount it built boost like it should.

Yes it was hard to move but it opened and closed just fine.

My translator is zeroed out at the moment till I can get it running on the road when I regeister it(long and stupid military thing). So that might be it I don't know but I'll try it.It does run rich at the moment though. At idle it runs about 10 in the vac, then when I step on the gas it goes down to 20 vac. Then at about 6000 rpm it finally makes about 2-5 psi.I'll have to try leaning it out when I get a chance.Thanks.

You shouldnt get more vaccum when you apply the throttle. Something is definitely wrong. Check for boost leaks also.
