I have a 98 TSi AWD, Here are my mods:

K&N FIPK
BCS Restrictor Removed
Hacked Dump Tube
RRE Upper IC Pipe -w- 1g BOV
MBC @15psi
30psi Boost Guage
EGT Guage

I am looking to get a car that is fast as hell from 0-60, I dont care too much about alot of topend, of course I want top end but want more bottom end.

I want to get a 3" Turbo Back Exhaust, I hear the Thermal is a good one that is quiet (I want a quieter exhaust), which do you guys reccomend I get?

I would also like to upgrade for the T-25 to a 16g, should I get Big, Small, Killer, Super? WTF is the difference between all of these, I dont really understand how to choose how its clipped or ported and if I should have an internal or external wastegate?

What kind of o2 housing should I get, I see there are also a ton of different ones of those, I do not want to vent to the atmosphere because that is loud. Should I run an external wastegate or internal and run the 2nd tube on the o2 housing right into the downpipe or what?

All Help would be greatly appreciated

BTW, I have looked around trying to find sites that explain this stuff but I cant find any.

Just find a stock 1g 14b or are there clipped and ported ones of those available also? Where would I find an adapter kit to put on the 14b? And would I need a 1g o2 housing or 1g exhaust manifold? I hear the 2g manifold is better so I would like to keep it.

I explained the differenses on that last post between all the gates and dumps and shite. If your car is treet drive, you want it quite and you arent much for topend. Then my suggestion would be to get a small16g, unclipped but portmatched to everything.
small 16g-tdo5h is the factory mitsu upgrade, flows 505cfm @15psi has great spool up and much stronger topend than any t25
big 16g-tdo5h is another mitsu turbo, flows 550cfm@15psi , bigger compressor wheel than the small
16g killer- I think is that BB turbo from xs engineering, hasnt really been a favorite and hasnt really been proven at all
super 16g- is the hrc turbo that comes with the huge 10cm housing, my guess is that it would be a little laggy compared to a normal 16g but may have a little more topend??

All in all the normal 16g and big16g have been tried and are the most popular. For the street, reliability and inexpensiveness, I recommend the 16g (either small or big), with an internal wastegate and no o2 dump. You said you want a quite car, then dont dump the o2, and get a thermal r&d (very quite)...and your set.

Ok, so who sells the Thermal R&D?
