Greddy FMIC "KIT" quick questions

Well ive done some homework on the greddy fmic and i like how it fits in both the 95-96 and 97-99 DSM's. But ive noticed the Greddy Front mount seems THIN almost like the Stock sidemount but alot longer and taller. Do you Hardcore guys know if its worth the money, i mean The greddy kit comes with a Small 2" curve pipe that i will have to replace from RRE with the 2.25" one but other than that i mean the Quality, will it last at least a year if i take care of it or is it a POS? I like the price im seeing them go off vendors now for around 820-890 and even off of ebay for 750-800. Oh yeah This will be going Onto a 20G Td05H do you think that turbo will heat soak this or will i be good to go??? i want to stay under 1000 but if i MUST break the 1000 limit for just the best FMIC that im missing i might go for that one but i really dont know of any other good ones for this price... Please reply if you have any insight or have experience with either the 20g Td05h or Big Greddy FMIC 24. otherwise if its a good match up ill get one... By the way if you are looking at my Car and Mods that is OUTdated.. THis is for a new 2g dsm with all supporting mods... thx

I have the "big" Greddy on my car but will be changing it out this winter. I think that I bought the right intercooler at the time (2 years ago) but now there are things out there that are better and worth the extra money. I had a lot of spool up problems with my 50 trim and tore my hair out this summer trying to figure it out. One contributing factor to this has to be all the piping with the Greddy. I would look at the Dejon or IRC models with the short route piping if you can afford them.
