Ill give a quick version too not waste too much time.
My friend cory has a fully built 1.6 single cam vtec motor in his eg hatch. I dont know why but he bought a turbo for it only knowing that it was a t3/t4...I told him it was a bad move, and his reply was that it was that it came off another honda so it must be ok. I asked him if he knew what trim turbine wheel he had and all he knows is that the turbine housing is a .82 a/r and the compressor housing is .62 a/r. I was wondering if you guys could tell or know what different wheels could be in the housing. I told him that this turbo might not be very suitable for the street if the trim level was too much. What approach do you think we should go at this with. He doesn't know where the turbo came from and there are no markings to even find out...

Does he have a 14k redline? He is never going to spool up anything in a .82a/r turbine housing with a little 1.6l.
My friend Marcus has been running a 60-1 with that turbine housing and gets full boost at around 4,800rpm. Not anywhere near streetable on a DSM.

Thats what I was fearing, but is there a way to tell what trim wheel is in it. I still am not really familiar with what that a/r is...any help?

a/r is basically the volume of the turbine housing. I suppose you could take off the housings and measure the inducer and exducer size of the wheels with a micrometer.
