few questions about swapping, and such

I dont want to have the chances of havin crankwalk with the 7 bolt. So I want to get the 6 bolt.
What exactly do I need? the whole 6 bolt engine? Or just the block?

And If i do get the block what do I need included in the block?

Is the block just as effective at not gettin crankwalk as the whole engine?

How much does the average swap cost to be done, at a shop?

What is this cyclone jdm motors? anything diff?
