1st gen throttle body on a 2ng gen???

Has anyone seen or done the 1g throttle body on the 2nd gen eclipse. I searched the archives and there were no hits... I have a throttle body off a 1g Cyclone intake manifold, and I need to know if there are any adjustments to be done with the sensors? Please help!

Hope this helps, it runs you through exactly what you need and how to install it for a 1g to 2g tb swap. It doesn't look too hard and I plan on installing mine in about a week or so. Good luck.

a 2g TB is 52mm, a 1g is 60mm, the 1g TB is larger and clearly better

secondly, if u have a cyclone intake manifold throw it away, its really not any better then a stock 1g manifold manifold, its actually a little bit smaller then the stock one but has the duel runners to give u better low end, i would get a 1g mani, but the cyclone is better then a 2g one so if your budget is tight it would be ok to use

Well I have a cyclone manifold and tb, but I was told that I cannot use it...
