8.5mm or 10mm wires

hey fellas im about to purchase some spark plg wires and i was wondering if i should get magnecores 8.5mm or 10mm race wires. i am planning on going all out on my car and hoping to take it to the 11s so what do you reccomend? any info would really be appriciated. thanks!

you dont really need magnecors you could get accell wires but i reccomend 10mm i have 10 mm accell wires on mine they work great!

Looking at your list of mods, get the plain NGK Blues for 40 bux from HERE . Unless you have the cash to go 11s in the next few months, save some money and get the NGK. Once you think you are 11s worthy, I would go straight to the 10mm.

BTW, why are you running a T25 on your 1G? If your 14B/13G blew, they are mega cheap to replace with a used one. T25's pretty much suck.

10mm MC's are a waste! They mainly there to compensate for other deficiencies . Stick with 8.5mm.

hey guys thanks for all the info. i might go for the NGK blues and once im at the 11s ill switch to 10mm magnecores.oh and i still have my t25 on because im saving up for the FP 20g coming in dec. thanks for the help guys!

Yesterday I looked at Magnus Motorsport's car, NGKs on a car that hits 157.

magnecores are crap...the new wires dont last more than 6 months and after i went through two sets of them i have used nothing but NGKs. they have performed great for me and i am still on my first set.
