New 4G63 engine needed!

does anyone know wehre i could get a brand new or used 4G63 engine with less than 40k miles on it? i really really need it guys, my brother's friend got a 1G talon with a blown engine! oh, and it can't be a JDM spec because the JDM 4g63 doesn't pass emmisions, i need american version. please and thanx...
