Santurce,
I have 2 HKS SSQ BOV's. I have no problems venting to the atmosphere (because of the Microtech Engine Management Sys. and no MAS). I would like to know what would you guys recomend on adjsuting the BOV. Should they both be adjusted to the hardest setting, softest or one hard and the other soft? Any suggestions and comments would be appreciated.

Are you having any compressor surge? What PSI are you running?

You want them set the same, tight enough to not leak boost (pressurize the intake to be sure) but not so tight you get compressor surge or unecessary lag.

On the track i run between 25 psi and 30 psi (with VP fuel - 116 octane). On street trim I run 10 psi (93 octane, I plan on tuning it for 18-20 psi). So you guys recommend setting them tighter for street setting and looser for the track (because of the higher boost?) How can I determine if I'm getting any surge or unnecessary lag? Any suggestions are appreciated

And one other thing.....Do the SSQ BOV's sound louder and meaner on the softer or on the tighter setting?
