I am posting this so as to give the archives an idea of this turbo and what it can do- it was custom made by Turbo Specialties (www.turbospecialties.com). They sat down, listened to what my goals were, and custom designed it. We are testing it on my car to see how it works in a real world application as compared to in theory, long term wise.
the new turbo is (I believe) an H3 (comp. wheel) T04-B housing, TD05H turbine wheel with a 6 cm comp. housing.
Not sure of what HP it will generate yet. Guessing more than a 16G .
I will post dyno figures and track times as I get them.
BTW, it's a prototype in the sense that it was built to my specs and needs...and I would love to promote them,they are hardworking, professional and put out a quality product with awesome service.
And BTW it is NOT a Mutt, it is a Hybrid.
