other than dealer - where to get genuine Mitsu parts

i am in need of these parts along with prices:

Head gasket set
set of piston rings
timing belt
balance shaft belt? (not sure if that is what its called)

Also, how important is it to stay with genuine Mitsu parts as opposed to aftermarket brands?, and what could /would you suggest? My mechanic is a Mitsu dealer technician and will be working on my car on his own time at home and he sorta insists on using only genuine Mitsu parts but I wanted to get few opinions from others regarding this

Excellent, i found everything at www.mitsubishi-auto-parts.com except for the piston rings which are available at dsmparts.com, any feedback with these? and are they OEM or aftermarket?

Fort Myers Mitsubishi offers a Club DSM discount and depending on what you get is even cheaper than Conicelli at times.
