Do you think this stuff would benefit the 4G63T any?

It says it would stiffen up the cyl. walls and help stop blow-by and compression loss, also it says it will help extend engine life by dampening harmonic waves, will make the bottom end stronger.

What do yall think about this stuff??

People have been doing this for many years on drag cars. IF the car is a purpose built drag car there is nothing wrong with doing it. All those funny cars, and rail cars dont run cooling systems. The blocks are filled to give extra strenght. But those cars also do a quick burn out, run a 4 second 1/4 mile. are shut down, and towed back. THey arnt running long enough to over heat.:thumb:

So when I say a Purpose built drag car. I mean..........well you get the point:dsm:

I'm not sure exactly where the water jackets run in the 4G63's, but there are lot's of people (V8 guys) running hard block in street cars. They are usually the people that are pushing the limits of the stock block and also, they only fill the blocks up about 1/3 instead of completely filling it.

This actually might benefit some of the real high hp guys on here. It does stiffen the block up considerably, especially in the bottom of the bores where the thrust angles are the greatest.

I dont know if I would ever use it, Just thought it would be interesting to talk about.

This does indeed work, the Mike Crawford from the import Mopar racing is using it, and probably others.

You could fill even just the bottm 1/8 or 1/4.

I have seen some V8 stroker street motors that needed that to keep a seal after rod clearance notches were cut.
