Rebuilding a Head

I plan on rebuilding the head on my car because on cold starts it burns oil because i was told that the valve seals are bad. I just have a question as to what I was going to need such as gaskets and anyother parts. I wanted to go mostly aftermarket so that i could be at ease running a little more boost. I am planning to go with HKS cams but don't know which one, ARP head studs, titanium valves, valve springs and retainers. Can some one please guide in the right direction what parts to use and who to go to and if I am missing anything. Also does anyone know where I should get this rebuild done in the DC metropolitan area maybe even a little out there. I appreciate the help. Thank You

Did you know you can replace the valve stem seals with the head on the car? If that's all you need, check out good old VFAQ.com it shows you how to do it.
