Can't get stutterbox to stop bogging the car

I have a TMO stage III chip, Big16G w/ 6cm housing, stock IC plus hard upper pipe, 550cc injectors and a GM MAF/K&N/MAF-T with hard intake pipe. The car is a 92 TSI AWD 5 speed w/ ACT 2600. I have a full 3" exhaust w/ no cat.

Before I bought the stage III chip, I would do the usual slipping @ 4500-5000 and the car would generally launch pretty hard (low 1.8 60 foots, sometimes 1.7s).

Launching on the street with the stutterbox, I can't get it to stop bogging. I tried a 5500 RPM launch or two, and no matter how much I slipped the clutch it seemed to bog down. The boost goes to 5-6 PSI at 0 MPH and as soon as I start slipping it, it goes to max boost (15 PSI on pump gas) and the car lunges forward, then bogs down, then goes again.

Anything else I should try? It seems to launch hardest at 4500 RPMs but it's still bogging. Maybe I need to go higher w/ less slipping? Thanks.

adjust your switch on the clutch pedal. sounds like your engaging the stutterbox again when your slipping the clutch and it wont rev over your set rpm so its bogging. easy fix.

I took a look at the switch and don't see how it adjusts. Do I turn that big (18mm?) nut or do I just turn the switch portion? Thanks.

It may be loading up on fuel, i.e. running so right the car bogs as you decel the engine.

What is the tach doing as the car bogs? Does engine speed decel or accel?
