need some tuners insight

well i just sold my TSI for another 95 TSI AWD and im in the market for a turbo that will make 400 to 450 HP right now i got some in mind such as the 20g td06 , SbrGT10 , FP GREEN , sbrM50 , or the EVO III 16g... I am Wanting the FASTEST spool up possible but only up to 400 to 450 turbo no larger. Price doesnt really matter i just need some Actual expericenced opinions on what i should look into. I just listed a few that i was looking at but im sure you hard core dsmers know of some hybrids that im not finding. please be free to name some turbos that you think would fit my needs thanks
