cause im a cheap bastard:) actually a good friend of mine JUST told me of a new BOV from turbonetics that would be perfect. it can be recirculated too. heres a link http://www.turboneticsinc.com/new_product.html
all i need to do is find someone to weld on the new flange and im set.

You may have got some JBWeld or something down in the hole that's blocking it a little. I used a little bigger brake line than the webpage said and I hit 32 psi (shut it down REAL fast) and it held. I took it off and made my own ghetto pressurization system and it didn't let go till almost 40 psi.

i didnt put a brake line in it. i just drilled and tapped the hole. i figured that i wouldnt want it to go back to quick release so no jb weld. just a little hole in the base venting to atmosphere.

Did you make sure to fill in the bottom hole good? There cant be any pressure there. If you are certain its good, try crushing it slightly. Not much justa bit to tighten up the spring. Over time the spring does loose its tension. Crush it just a bit, see how that works.

I don't know what to tell you. I can't be running 24 psi, so theoretically, mine may not hold high psi like the article said. Who knows? Did you get it fixed? Good luck, sorry it isn't working for you. It was flawless for me, but then again, I shouldn't exceed 16 psi.

i took it off and siliconed the bottom hole with the screw. i took it out last night and it looks like it may be holding it now. ive only got some 110 in there so im real hesitant to run anything over 22-23 psi. ill get some real gas in there crank the boost and update this thread when i know. thanks for your input guys.

ok i ran 26 psi without a hiccup on the car. my god it moves at that psi. once again thanks for your input fellas.
