Need advice with setup...thanks all

Hi all... I'm new to DSM's , had one for about 6 months. first one was a fwd, i blew the motor. then i got a 1990 gsx...damn i love this car.

these are my current mods:
hacked maf w/ K&N
2.5 down pipe w/ 3in full piping connected to an N1
greddy tvvc mbc

What I have in my room waiting to be installed:
garret t3 turbo a/r turbine .48, a/r compressor .42
delta wastegate
hks ssq blow off valve

What I need help with? =)
fuel tuning: (I was thinking about 640-660 injectors with a s-afc, fuel pressure regulator, inline fuel pump)
turbo manifold: can't decide which t3 manifold... RRE, HKS, or Turbonetics

help?... any suggestions, advice is welcome

I want to build an ultimate street car that can do mid to low 12's...maybe some day i get lucky with tuning and hit 11's

What compressor and turbine wheels are in the turbo? I would suggest 660's, Walbro 255 pump, S-AFC, AFPR. It doesn't matter which manifold you use but I don't see a FMIC in your list and you will defnitley need that.
