ok i have a 91 tsi awd and my head is cracked, i can get a 94 tsi front wheel drive head for free. i'm also changing the valves, springs, and retainers. will i have any problems since it was from an atuo? do they still flow the same amount as a manual?

Cams from a auto are different than a stick car. The 1G 7 bolt head has a little smaller head bolt holes than the 1G 6 bolt head. It will work you just have to drill out the head bolt holes (from the bottom of the head is best) to a 1/2". Since you will have the head apart anyway it will be easy.
