intake manifold

From a 1g manifold it is a waste of time.

Even after you get the runner valves working the low RPM gains are low.

Your better off extrude honing the one you have or going to a sheet metal intake.

is the cyclone manifold a downgrade from the stock manifold. i have a 92 talon tsi AWD.

You have a air filter and a muffler. No intake manifold on matter how cool its name sounds will make a difference at this stage. Go spend about a month in the archive and upgrade sections and learn what steps to take when performing the most basic of mods. Its all spelled out for you.

i must have forgot to mention all the parts sitting in my room. i am not putting everything on till i have all the parts. 2G pistons bore .020. 550cc injectors, walbro 255 fuel pump. fuel pump rewire kit, balance shaft eliminator, every gasket possible. because the engine will be brand new and shiny with 0 miles on it. new fuel filter, oil pump, water pump, 5 angle valve job done, 1mm stanless steel valves, 3" exhaust with no cat, hallman in cockpit boost controller, A new laptop for the AEM setup i will be running in december. the 2.5" intercooler piping. all my new gauges. and i might be forgetting something......

his wish list is beyond humor, its nothing wrong with wanting to mod your car. but dont sit here and act like you have a 10 second setup on the floor of your room  you left out so much stuff its not even funny.

It's 1mm oversize valves not 1mm valves.

So a 1mm oversize exhaust valve would be 31.5mm. A stock exhaust valve is 30.5mm. Some gains but not alot considering the expense.

You don't want a new OEM fuel filter either.

You should have posted I'm just getting started modifying is the cyclone intake good for anything?
