Full AGP kit 60-1 S Trim Full throttle in 4th and the boost controller hose came off. the was with 780 cc injector on 93 octane fuel. totally melted the piston on the side.

will load pics later tonight.

the boost went pas 2 bar really fast at the end of the drag strip.

The motor will be fully bult this any ways

here it is that''s number 2 and number three the ring broke right off.

these are stock 1G pistons.

So, compresssion is down on that cylinder a little? Pretty gorey! That is one of the best melted ones I have seen.

the ECU did everything it could to save the motor.

It was a freak accident never had a chance to look at the EGT this append in about the last three second at the end of the 1/4 miles.

You might want to inspect the turbine wheel for damage. When you damage a piston like that, pieces like to spit out of the engine and hit the turbine blades.

Checked the turbo carefully romoves exhaust housing to inspected everything is OK.

the Block and Crank is saved too.

Still need to inspect oil pump and clean for metal in the oil pump.

Everything will be new and built.

Magnetic drain plug help stop some of the big partical. Plus not driving the vechile right atfer it happenned helps too.
