losing boost, and not gaining?

in first gear, i get maybe 6 psi, 2nd gear i might 9 psi, then 3rd i get like 12, then 4th i get 14psi... but i never hold thay boost above 6 grand, it always drops down, and i mean it DROPS, by the time at i'm at redline in 3rd gear i might have 4-5 psi left?

i'm assuming i have a significant leak somewhere in my intake pipes or in my BOV, i don't think it can be the turbo since it actually gets full boost in 4th? right? anyways any help is welcome, i'd really appreciate it... thanks

Well that doesn't sound normal to be gaining boost for everygear. Are you still on the stock turbo? what mods do you have? filling out your car and mod list would be great.<- and would also help us out alot. I mean i looked at your profile and it says you don't even have a car yet. boost dropping off is normal on smaller turbo's becuase they just can't flow enough after x rpm. In my car i hold 9 psi rock steady to about 6500 then it drops maybe 2 psi most but not down to 4 psi max. So i would do a pressure test of the intake system.
