3" exhaust from the turbo back...no cat, no muffler, dummy plug in place of second O2 to keep from setting a signal...good idea...bad idea???

why would you not want a muffler? The sound would be annoyingly loud and would drive you crazy over time. If you want to performance gians at the track of having no muffler then just get a cut out. as for not having a cat that is a good idea in my opinion.

K, I was just about to come ask if their would be any effect not having the second O2' because I was told that their is an O2 for the Downstream after the CAT...this just save's me a load of trouble.
And as far as having a muffler...I'm willing to sacrifice Music for every little bit of performance...beside's, after I get anoyed w/ the sound I can just have the Exhaust chopped down and throw a 3" Muffler on their to fit the Exhaust.

if you put an n1 style muffler on there there will be no performance loss what so ever. Trust me and put the muffler on. Have you ever driven open header(s) or open downpipe. Its not to much fun for more than a day. Trust me my hks hiper exhaust(same as apex n1) was plenty loud. So loud my friends could here where i was around my town at night(no joke). Plus without a muffler you are just asking for the cops to pull you over and give you all sorts of tickets. Or if you really want the "most" performance gain out of an exhaust get no cat and get a cutout welded in where that was. I have this now and its great open it at the track for the extra 2-3mph in my trap time. Then when driving around town i have it closed and my buschur exhaust sounds badass.
 
hmm I have a second O2...why dont you look...it should be on the drivers side not far back from the cat. that way you will know for sure.
 
I'm up at school right now and my teacher was tellin me that they did'nt start putting downflow O2's (the second one) on until like 95+. He was saying that 92' is to old to have the second 02 sensor.

210 maybe if your lucky...and also...stock plugs are fine...especially for your set-up so far...unless you already have don't spend 4x the money on Iridium's...$40 versus $8...at that rate you can replace your stock plugs every time you change your oil
 
This is advanced performance, engine tuning forum and someone doesn't know they have only one o2 sensor?
