You will be ok without the fuel pump etc until you start raising the boost levels. The mods you have plus the IC pipe will just enable the engine to run as it should, you boost will remain pretty much the same until you increase it with a boost controller.

Back with the T25, when I put on the UIP/BOV and a cat-back, I was seeing 17psi constanly w/o a boost controller.

I would suggest at the very least, doing the fuel pump re-wire mod

Umm... I don't know about "doing fine" till 12's with just a fuel pump re-wire.... I'd suggset a new fuel pump if you put any kind of an upgraded turbo on, or if you want to run more then 17psi on a T25 (which is pointless, but you get what I'm saying)

You aren't pumping any extra fuel to the engine, you are just making sure the engine isn't getting starved at higher rev's. I know a girl who ran a 12.2 on a rewired pump and stock SMIC. It was fully logged and she is not low on fuel. A stock pump flows 40% more at 14v (140 lph)than at 12v. 450's at max output take 108 lph. There will be some loss in the fuel line, but you will still be able to max out 450's without a problem.
