Removal of VAC lines, & EGR

i just looked at the diagram at taboo speed shop, and i was wondering any problems it could cause besides failing emission. like rough idle, poor accel. or anything else.

it will make your car run BETTER. and you wont necessarily fail emissions. i passed with just a cat last time i smogged the car.
