TRE 34mm Internal WG Flapper

Has anyone done the 34mm WG flapper modification? And if so, have you installed it yourself? Just looking for pointers as far as the difficulty level goes, and if anyone has any tips regarding this.

Its not hard. But air tools help. Of course, if oyu are going to be porting the hole out for a larger flapper then you most liely already have them. Just grind the "mushroom" of the post, and it slips off. Then put the new one on and mushroom the post. Pretty simple. Just be sure the flapper doesnt have too much play or it might hang up on the side of the hole. If it is too tight, it may not seat properly, especially on older turbine housing that have seen tons of heat cycles and the arm isnt square to the valve seat anymore. You'll see when you get your hands in there.
