Engine Swap Question

This is going to be a 2 part question for any engine experts out there.
Subject: The 6 cyl turbo in a 1986 Plymouth Laser

Questions:
Is this engine in the DSM Classification?
Is there any reason that this engine could not be installed in a 92 Plym. Laser RS N/T

Do you have any more info on the 6 cyl? I can't imagine it would fit, but I don't know anything about that engine.

An 86 Laser is not the same 'Laser' as in the DSM line. 2 completely different cars.

i wouldnt even recommend doing it, think of how many aftermarket parts are out there for an 86 laser

I can't think of what an '86 Laser was. What was the Dodge version?

Daytona, similar to the starion. (think Shelby Daytona)

Actually it could work, the engine being refered to is the motor found in the Shelby Daytona, It I belive was a turbocharged v6.

I haven't seen one of those in a while!
