advice on tuning

I have a build motor with 272/272, fmic,2.5 piping, 3inch turbo back(evo2),650inj plus ALL the supporting mods, 50 trim turbo. What should me 1/4 be. my fastest this year on this turbo on 94 octane (21psi) and stock cams was 12.5 at 116.5.. Once I put the cams in the car pulls a lot harder with little more lag.. egts are 850c WOT 4th gear and 16deg timing. I'm leaning out the s-afc -25% in the high setting and the )2 is .96V.. What should my expectacion be with this set up on pump(94 octane) be.. I did all of this stuff myself and it just comes down on final tuning.. Any thoughts and suggestions would be great...

dyno time. I bet you anything that with your mods you can shoot into the mid 11's pretty easy if you tune it the proper way. Just save some money and buck up to the plate for some real dyno runs.

Yes i know but the dyno time gets little expensive........but i guess its a must

yeah I know it's expensive, but with your list of mods that is the best way to tune everything. Most places will work out a deal with you if you buy so many hours at once.

Is there a tuning question in that first paragraph, or are you just asking what it will run in the 1/4?
