Oil in the intake manifold.

I know it's normal for there to be a little oil in the intake, but my intake manifold is caked with oil.
-The UICP side of my throttle body is clean, but the intake manifold side is caked with oil.

*Is this normal, or is this bad?

Check you PVC valve.

try some mopar combustion chamber cleaner also...really cleans the IM out...

my neon's IM was full of gunky shit and it made it squeeky clean
