20 g on a 98 talon awd

I Whant to buy a 20g and i was woundering what all i need to do and what i need to complete this mission.Any help plz the talon is bone stock so help me out

I noticed in your profile that your car is stock. It is not in your best interest to upgrade your turbo at this point (unless your stock unit is damaged.) There are many mods that must be done to support a larger turbo. You should consider doing the supporting mods first (consult the tuning guide link above this post), these will allow you to see good gains out of your stock unit. Like I said before, unless your stock unit is damaged you should leave it there until it can no longer increase your horsepower output and you need to upgrade it.
