turbo or exhaust?

I I was just wondering i just got a little bit of cash and I was either going to buy a catback or a 14b or if I can find one for a reasonable price a 16g. My quesion is if I were to put on a turbo with stock exhaust minus the cat would it eve be worth it? If not then I am just going to get the catback. Thanks for your help

I'd go for the exhaust first, then save up a little more and get a 16g later
