To Port or not to Port??

Last week I took a drive to Turbotrix to meet Jeff Hill, and ask some questions about upgrading my ride.. Well long story short I bought one of the EVO III exhaust manifolds right there on the spot.. I have an appointment to have it installed on the 17th. Should I get it ported or will it flow well enough on its owm merits???

PS the rest of the Turbo back Exhaust is getting installed later that same week after my 3" O2 eliminator downpipe arrives from RNR Racing.

While you have it off the car you might as well get it ported. Manifolds are not the easiest thing in the world to take it off and put back on. There's nothing more frustrating than putting an upgrade on and then pulling it off shortly after to upgrade again. Just get it done and then you'll never have to worry about doing it later once it's already on the car.

Get it ported for sure, but keep in mind you must port your turbo exhaust inlet to match then...

I have dropped off the EVO III exhaust manifold at BMTranny to be ported... i'll have before and after pics when I get it back..
