16G install in 2 weeks, need last minute advice..

I'm doing a 16G install in two weeks. I've got a Slowboy 2G install kit and I am also getting 1G stock water lines. I have a ported 2G manifold already to swap in as well. I'm going to be doing a coolant flush and oil change while I am at it. Are there any last minute tips/pointers before I proceed that anyone can think of? I'll probably use the Vfaq as a reference point. Thanks!

Hay is their any way I can get that old 2G manafold off of u for a good price just let me know / I dont have any tips but their nothing to it but to do it so let us DSM folk know how it whent

I will be selling my stock one if you want. It's off my 99GSX with about 53K miles on it. I will look at it more closely to see if there are any cracks. If it's good, I'll sell it to you for $100 shipped.

100 is pretty firm... It's not cheap to ship because it's so heavy..
