would a 2.5" o2 eliminator turboback exhaust w/ test pipe be large enough for a t3/4 50 trim, .63, stage 3 wheel, turbo?

i already have a 2.5" test pipe and catback and would like to keep them if possible. Any suggestions or comments would be helpful

and yes i searched.
 
how much more? I am not looking for a 10 sec street car. I am more interested in a decently quick, daily driver that does not sound like a race car running just headers.

I guess my question is will a dp and test pipe add much more noise to the cat back I already have and how much more noise will come with a 3 inch exhaust system?

and any horsepower gains from 2.5-3"
 
You can't pose a question like this. I could say that the stock exhaust is big enough for a turbo of that size and be correct, and I could also say that a 3.5 inch exhaust is still not big enough for a turbo that big, and still be correct.

You would see a benefit from going to a 3 inch. How much remains to be seen.

You can do a 3 inch exhaust that isn't any louder than a 2.5 inch without really increasing the restriction of the exhaust.

I think a 50-trim is a bit big for a "decent quick" daily driver. I would consider my car "decently quick," and it has a 14b. And, I can think of several 16g equipped cars that are "decently quicker....."

That turbo can make alot of power with good tuning. I'd sell the test pipe and catback and put the money towards a full 3". You want a streetable car, the 3" will give you both better spool and power. My exhaust builder is going to make me three center sections. A cat for the DEQ test. Test pipe for the track and a resonator for the street. In addition to the resonator in back. Should be plenty quiet. You will love the deep sound too. No Honda fart sounds.
