I picked Greddy-S...Personally I think it is a really good valve, and to me it still sounds really loud a good when recirulated...and it is very easy to recirc...cause I don't want to have my car running rich all the time and being a pain in the ass.

BTW...I don't know if anybody likes the Apexi one but I noticed its not up there

I have tried

a crushed 1g bov- loved it
a modded 1g bov- loved it
a greddy type s - loved but but I never could get it to stop fluttering
I have now a TiAL- car isnt running so I will let you all know

1G BOV works great for me right now with current mods. Check out the latest issue of Sport Compact Car. There is a BOV review. The DSM 1G gets a good review, and it talks about how a lot of the other manufacturers have gone to the same design because it works so well.

i know i didnt include all of the bov's that everyone has, im just trying to help narrow a choice down for a friend

thanks

i am running the HKS and i love it. Sounds nice. No idle problems vented, and it holds the boost and doesn't leak I also got a good deal on it.

I went from a 1g bov to a GReddy Type-S because I was suspecting my 1g bov was leaking, which come to find out it was. All in all the GReddy Type-S peforms flawlessly. It does sound good, but I'm more into performance than sound effects.

I'm more into performance to thats why I was going to get rid of my RFL for what appears to be a better flowing TIAL>

Type S here, great sound, not too loud, but gets attention :D and performs just fine for me, but im only on stock turbo so... :( but if you wanna spend the extra cash for an aftermarket instead of stock 1G valve, Type S is the best, and sounds great even recirc'd.

i use tial. by far the best blow off valve ever. no types bling bling it just gets the job done period. its a little harsh on the street at low boost but if you got a motor like me you dont run at low boost :)

Thanks I think I'm sold! Either that or use two RFL's? That would be 30mm * 2, or one 50mm Tial? Whats everybodies opinion. I already have an RFL so one more RFL would be cheaper but would they flow better!

2 RFL's. I didn't read thru the whole thread but is this on one car????? I don't get it.
