Ok, so I installed my Profec B Spec II today. Well, I set it for low boost and high boost. On low boost I set for stock boost. On high boost I set it for 19psi. I test out low boost and I get 8psi. I switch to Hi-boost and I still only get 8psi. I adjusted the boost, gain, set gain, everything and I still only get 8psi. The only thing I can think of is if the hose was installed properly. The only thing that I am questioning on my install was the hose going to the wastegate. I have a Tial 40mm WG mounted on my O2 housing. There are two nipples on it, one at the very top of the WG and one closer to the middle. I hooked up to the middle nipple of the WG to the unit(not the actual head unit). The top nipple is unused and not capped off. Am I connecting the profec to the wrong nipple on the WG? Or am I doing something else wrong here?

Check out the original profec B install spec's. I can't see how that it would change. You need to use both ports when using the profec b with an externally gated setup. If memory serves, the top port should go to "out" on the box and the side port should go to a pressure source.

I would try that and see if it works.
