Ok, I have a Aromotive AFPR on my Talon 2.0L Non-Turbo. My "power" mods are:
-K&N filter.
-Air can and silencer removed.
-Ported Intake Manifold Inlet.
-Ported pacesetter header.
-TB coolant bypassed.
-disabled egr.
-98TSi Cams.
-Cat-Back.

I was running very lean and so I bought this. Stock base pressure is 48-50psi according to the Haynes manual. I have it set right now at 52psi and the car feels great.

Now with a turbo I know that the psi should increase 1psi for every psi of boost. But how should it work for a non turbo?

Right now it is at 52psi at idle. If I rev it, it spikes to 65psi and bleeds off to around 59psi near 7000rpm. The car runs fine and the AFPR appears to be functioning correctly.

So is this fine? Any suggestions?
