Just Started to Burn Oil.

My car started to burn oil at start up and at a stop. Comp test was 145-145-150-152 on cylinders 1-2-3-4. I think this is good? I was thinking maybe the valve seals are shot or the valve guides are cracked.
Any thoughts or comments?

Did you do a wet and dry compression test? If you did a wet one and the compression went up that means yoru rings are shot.
