I have just read that automotosports and forrester racing heads have come out with a two peice cast intake manifold. They claim 37 hp gain and 20 lb-ft of torque gain. Does anyone have any info on this manifold? I looked at the manf. website and couldnt find anything. It looks well made and but inexpensive. Thanks for any info, Matt

It's been out for quiet some time now. Everyone who I know of that has tried one really likes them. KillurV8 (something like that) has written a great review on here as well as DSMTalk.

i bought one too. it is a very well made piece! it looks killer in the engine bay. the only thing i hate about it is on a 1g it gets in the way of the timing belt tensioner tool. so if you need to swap cams or do a timing belt you have to pull the intake manifold ( and its a real bi*** to get to those lower bolts!!!). its about 1/2 inch in the way. next time i pull it off i will have the 1/2-3/4 on and inch hacked off the end and welded all the way around. my car should be running in the next few days a nd i will be posting some dyno numbers.

There are several intake manifolds out for out cars. This and the magnus are probably the most popular. Search for both of them.

I have a magnus, and love it.
