I came across an Izuzu NPR intercooler. It appears pretty nice and free flowing. It looks about the size of the new EVO front mount. Has anyone used one of these before? It has to flow better than the crappy stock sidemount. Any info about installing one, or what price would be reasonable on a fairly new one would be good. Thanks alot, Matt

Yes you can use it, but you have to do some modification to the ends (I believe). I have one laying around waiting for attention, but I have to do some research myself.

its nice to see that other people have the same sh!t i do. i am working on the pipe for my NPR intercooler right now. it is very hard to do. the inlet and outlet are facing inward. they need to be either facing sideways or have soem kind of bend into them. when i get mine done ill take pics and post them. the cost is less but way more head aches.

I have a NPR on my car and I reworked the endtanks so they now face east to west or they have one that goes out the passenger side and one out the driver side. This IC flows around 800cfm of air which was flow tested and I know that for a fact. It is a good IC with alot of potential and I can laugh at the people out there with 1000$ IC's and say mine was only $200 and remember that when I'm beating them in the 1/4!

never seen one.
Anybody have a picture of one(stock, mounted on a DSM)
Thanks

Let me see if I can help you out with some pictures, although it looks no different than most other FMIC just letting you know. If i had the bumper cover off you would see the true size of the beast. This is why I have contemplated cutting the front bumper a little bit to allow more air to flow into the IC.

I need to get the oil leak fixed so then I can be sure to get better picture outside.
