Anybody ever order a rebuilt engine from RPM Autoservice in FL

HI I am looking for a Talon to build up a little bit, and I came across this website its RPM autoservice out of Kissimee, FL I was wondering if anybody has gotten an engine from them or know if the engines are quality because 1700 seems kinda cheap for a rebuilt 4G63 from a performance shop?

I think that place has been discussed before. The main issues is they are SCARY cheap, like so cheap something is not right. Also, they don't really speak english so good luck trying to ask specifics
