All I have done to my car is a blitz blow off valve and a injen ram intake... hes trying to convince everyone at school im running rich saying something about a return line taken away with the aftermarket BOV... is he right?

If you aren't recirculating the BOV back into the intake, yes he's right, you are running rich.

That wont affect my performance too much will it?

You prolly won't notice since you are used to it, but yes it hurts performance.

it does hurt part throttle performance and spool as the bov is most likely partially open during those times as well.

fouls your plugs too. my pre-MAFT venting made me buy plugs every month or so....

You will never lose to a non turbo 300ZX the run 16's in the quarter mile. I watched a guy in a 89 240sx with the SOHC motor pull 2 cars on a non turbo 300ZX.

I'll bet you could give him 2 cars and run with your A/C on and still beat him LOL.. Yes you need to re-circ though for best performance. If he knew that about your car and you didn't chances are however that he has some parts on his car that will help him out a bit.

Good luck.

Also venting causes your car to buck when you let off the gas which probably slightly hurts performance. If you recirc. You will shift smoothe between shifts.

i raced my friends non turbo 300zx and i killed him hard.....it was insane... i have a turboback though which did a lot

Actually the NA Z32 runs mid 15's stone stock. With some bolt ons they are mid/high 14 second cars.

Not a giant killer but not a slug either.
