what head gasket will lower compression.
say from 10:1 to 8.8:1 or so.

Are you planning on doing this in order to turbocharge it? Stacking gaskets won't get it.

You will have to get adjustable cam gears, too, because the cam sprockets will be higher, which throws off the cam timing.

Since the head is off, maybe do some head work and shave some material out of the combustion chambers. If done by a pro it will slightly lower compression and reduce any hotspots so you would be less likely to get detonation with higher compression.
