I'm going to replace the seals in my head, and maybe the valve guides. I've been told that if I change the guides I'll have to get the valve seats recut. If that's true then I'll just replace the seals, because this head is only temporary until July. If not, I'll cough up the money to buy new guides and do it now.
 
just do the seals,theres no reason to replace the guides,pop one of the srings off see if the valve has any play, side to side, by wiggling the stem,if it dose'nt,you don't need guides.
