1g ecu, tach problems

i just put my engine in my 90 awd about 3 weeks ago, since then i had one hell of a time getting the tach to work properly. it has a 92 eprom computer that i put in, switching the 6 and 14 wires. the eprom has a tmo stage 3 in it. the tmo has that gauge mods, i think this is messing with my tach

tach jumps around all over the place. i even tried putting in the 92 gauge cluster and the tach didnt even move at all.

im so confused over this problem.

the noise filter is installed and properly grounded( on back of intake manifold there the throttle cable bracket is) wot the tach hammers down to 0 rpm. almost like a throttle postion or something odd??
