What size/rated wastegate are upgraded turbo owners using?

I was just wondering what wastegate people are using. IS the wastegate rating the psi that it releases at? Can it be controlled or is it set. I noticed most are rated between 10 and 20 psi. If you were running 15 psi would a 14.6 or 15.9 be better? Thanks.

What turbo are you running? The larger the wastegate/larger the turbo is usually the ratio at which people abide by.
