turbo shaft snapped

im in atlanta ga, need new turbo, whats the best way to go rebuild or new? and anyone know any place in atlanta that does this or am i gonna have to mail

How much boost were you running? Turbine wheel explosions and broken shafts are generally caused from overspinning the turbo. Either you were running really high boost or you have a massive leak.

15-17, was adjusting boost at the time, shot up to 19 or more when it happened, wasnt looking at gauge but the shaft snapped right at the turbine wheel and the bolt on the compressor wheel came off and grinded up the fins
