Tbelt looks kinda loose. Also is the timing lined up??? I figured I'd check it out, belt looks ok but it seems loose and I'm not sure how to check the timing, thanks for any help guys.

It's a 1999 GST 53,000 miles.
 
T-Belt is fine... Have you had problems with it in the past? It looks ok, if you dont think so then just use more tension. Go to www.vfaq.com for the procedure. Does it make any noise, slapping or anything? ANyhow thought Id let you know...we can't tell if your timing is on with those pics;)
 
Measure the gap on the autotensioner to verify correct tension. The pic you posted about the timing mark doesn't say much without seeing the other gear too.
